Traumeel – Treatment of Elite Athletes
Study Design
- 252 professional athletes with various tendinopathies
- Randomized, double blind, three-armed, parallel group clinical trial
- Traumeel® ointment/Diclofenac ointment/placebo ointment
Results
The results show that these elite athletes were able to return to their sport on average, 4 days sooner than those who used Diclofenac, and, on average, 10 days sooner than those who used a placebo.
