Q: Which browser should be used?

A: The site is designed to support the most common browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) versions 5.x, and Netscape 6.x and Fire Fox 1.5 and higher. Other browsers may work, but have not been tested for compatibility.

Q: Which screen resolution is best?

A: This site is best viewed at 1024x768 screen resolution with the screen colour depth set to at least 256 colours, preferably higher.

Note: please choose the display resolution as normal (96 DPI)! If you choose higher DPI resolution, the screen will NOT display correctly.

Q: How do I tour the site?

A: By clicking on the top menu items you will be able to visit the individual sections of the site. There are also many links throughout the site. The link will become highlighted in orange color. If the link also contains an image, the image will become highlighted with borders. The mouse pointer will become hand shape when you move your mouse over a link. Then you can follow a link by clicking on the highlighted text.

Q: What is "Consumer Center"?

A: Consumer Center provides information about Heel products and miscellaneous health information. Consumer Center also features a convenient "store locator" to help you find retailers that sell Heel products.

Q: What is "Retailer Center"?

A: Retailer Center provides information specific to Heel's retail customers. If you are a retail customer of Heel, you can log in with your email and password to browse information available only to retailer customers. If you are a retailer that is very interested in Heel products and would like to become a partner of Heel, you can browse the information provided specifically for propspective retailers and setting up an account with Heel.

Q: What is "Practitioner Center"?

A: Practitioner Center provides information specific to Heel's practitioner customers. If you are a practitioner customer of Heel, you can log in with your email and password to browse information available only to practitioner customers, like brochures, journals, prescribed Heel products etc.

Q: How do I open PDF documents?

A:The use of Adobe Acrobat Reader or some other Portable Document Format (PDF) file reader is required to view selected forms and documents on the site.
