Your user name is your email address. A current email address must be on file with Heel.
Your password is your Heel account number. Your account number can be located on the top left corner of the receipt you received with your last order as follows.
If you need to update or include an email address for your account and/or help locating your account number, please contact a customer service representative for assistance at 1-800-621-7644.
Your user name is your email address and your password is the one that you used to confirm your initial registration.
If you are an existing Heel Customer, use your email address (which you have on file with Heel) as your user name and your customer number as your password.
