Heel Inc. provides a 401k plan for eligible employees. Employees can defer up to
15% of their salary into the 401k. The company matches employee’s deferrals at 50%
to a maximum of 6% of salary. Company match vests over 3 years of employment.
Training and Development
Tuition reimbursement is available for eligible employees interested in continuing
their work related education. They must be conducted at accredited institutions
officially endorsed by the regional associations of schools and colleges.
Other training and development programs are available as approved by management.
Life and Disability Insurance
- Life insurance of 1X annual salary is provided for eligible employees.
